The below suspect has successfully opened fraudulent lines of credit at Robbins Brothers Jewelry stores in Dallas and Arlington as well as Target in Grand Prairie.  The pictures of the suspect are from various days at various locations and the vehicle pictured was used in Dallas.  If you have any information or have any questions, please contact Det.
