On Saturday, September 21, 2019, a newborn infant was found inside a suitcase next to a dumpster. This dumpster is on the grounds of an apartment complex at Pioneer Parkway & Sherry Street in Arlington, Texas. The baby, who is African American, is being cared for at a hospital.
